Poster Instructions

Board Size: 80 cm x 170 cm (h)

Poster Size and Format: Vertical 70 cm x 100 cm (h)

  • Each poster board has got a number. You will follow your personal poster board number from the website. https://acc2023.org/posters/
  • Your poster should have a Title, Author(s) name, Affiliation (to be placed at the top of the poster area, the size of the head letters should be minimum 60).
  • Poster(s) should be readable at a distance of at least 1 meter.
  • The posters must be in English.

Abstract submission system for poster presentation is open however Abstract submission system for oral presentation has been closed.

Rules

  • Summaries will be collected by online abstract system.
  • Academic titles should not be used in author names.
  • Summary; purpose, method, findings, conclusions and key words.
  • The abstract must not exceed 250 words, excluding the full title, title, author’s name, surname.
  • The names and addresses of the institutions in which the authors work should be clearly indicated.
    Ex: Xxxx University Faculty of Cehmistry, Xxxx Department of XXXXX, City
  • If an abbreviation is used in the abstract, the abbreviated name of the abbreviation should be specified in parentheses.
  • Deadline for abstract submission: 8 May 2023 20 April 2023 / 31 March 2023

Please note that abstract system and registration sytems are different so you need to sign up seperately for both systems.

Abstract Evaluation

  • All abstracts will be blind-reviewed by the Abstract Evaluation Committee. The members of the Abstract Evaluation Committee will review the abstracts according to their content, language of writing and the innovation that they bring to the literature. The Congress Organizing Committee reserves the right to make the final decision concerning the form of the presentation as poster or oral presentation and the decision will be sent to the corresponding author. 
  • The authors are responsible for compliance with the ethical principles, English language and submission rules. Abstracts with serious language problems and abstracts not complying with submission and ethical rules may be rejected. Errors will not be amended by the organizers and the Abstract Evaluation Committee. 
  • An acceptance letter concerning the abstract evaluation result will be e-mailed to the author. At least one of the authors must register the Congress by April 10th, 2023, for the abstracts to be accepted. In addition, abstracts either as posters or oral presentations must be presented during the congress to be published.

  • Register to the system using the “New User” link and create a new account.
  • After signing up, explanations on the page will help you to proceed. Please read the messages and explanations carefully.
  • A confirmation message will be sent to the corresponding author’s e-mail address after the abstract submission is completed. Please keep this confirmation mail. If this e-mail doesn’t appear, please check your spam folder.
  • The entire evaluation process can be pursued through the corresponding author’s account and e-mail.
